Our building location at 140 West 57th Street houses a multi-function, private conference and event center that is available at no charge to our clients. The center can be utilized for small-to-moderate-sized meetings, conferences, film/video/presentation screenings, lectures, product/trade events, social and other gatherings. The center includes:
- State-of-the art theater with stage and stadium seating for 55 that can be utilized as a conference or special event venue with full capability to screen films, video and digital media presentations
- Banquet/reception room that seats up to 70 and includes a fully equipped kitchen and bar area
- Private lounge/seating area that can accommodate eight
