Rabin Martin (RM) is a New York-based public relations and management-consulting firm focused on the health sector. The firm designs, manages and evaluates health initiatives and public affairs programs for a diverse range of corporate, non-profit and public sector clients such as Columbia University and Johnson & Johnson.
RM is seeking a Vice President to lead a variety of client programs and projects while developing and mentoring a team of bright creative professionals. Candidate should have an interest and domestic experience in public health. Strong communications skills and program management experience are necessary for this position.
The Vice President will:
- Manage the day to day direction of programs and initiatives
- Develop, plan and implement long-term client strategies and programs
- Provide counsel to clients

Candidates should have the following skills:
- 5+ years of agency, corporate, foundation, NGO or public sector healthcare related experience in public affairs, marketing or social marketing or public policy advocacy Familiarity with leading health institutions and individuals
- Superior strategic planning, writing, and communication skills
- Experience researching and writing technical reports
- Demonstrated experience in developing and cultivating strong ongoing relationships with thought leaders, patient advocates and community-based organizations
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, teams and budgets
- Experience recruiting, managing and developing a team of professional individuals
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required. Advanced degree in related fields such as communications, public health, health policy, journalism, law, economics, foreign affairs or is preferred

Senior Associate
RM is in search of an energetic individual to join our growing firm as a Senior Associate. Candidate should have interest and domestic experience in public health with interest in community-based organization providing advocacy, disease prevention and treatment services. Strong communications skills and program management experience are necessary for this position.

The Senior Associate will:
